Is the place accessible?

There is a loading elevator but there are 3 steps at the front door. Bathroom is small.

Is there an elevator?

Yes! There is a freight elevator. Use of the elevator is for moving gear or heavy items to and from the studio. It’s located on the first floor, south east corner of the building next to the loading dock.

Is there a loading bay?

Yes, right be the freight elevator.

Is there seamless backdrops?

Yes, there is three; white, dove grey and black.

Is there AC?

Yes!

Is there parking?

Unfortunately there is no on site guest parking. There is plenty of paid street parking in the neighbourhood. You’re welcome to use the parking lot and loading dock to unload/load but your car must not be blocking any residents and must be moved immediately once finished.

How is the sound for filming?

In the winter the heater can be heard intermittently, once or twice during a full day session. In the summer the AC is fairly quiet, but you may hear noise from outside.

What’s the capacity of the studio?

Sitting around 15-20 and standing around 20-25.

What do you provide/is included?

The studio includes a full washroom, kitchen, AC, props, 14ft ceilings, natural light, original hardwood floors, loft bedroom, screen for tethering, hair and makeup area, steamer and rolling rack, parking nearby, freight elevator.

Props include but are not limited to: books, plants, furniture, tables, coffee table, 5 4x2 tables, 2 office chairs, 6 stools, 12 wooden chairs, mirror, blanket ladder, art easels, .

What gear can I rent?

3x Large backdrops, 12x small backdrops, backdrop stands, 2x godox AD400 strobes, 2x hensel strobes, 2x manfrotto light stands, large and small octbox, 2x hensels, tripod, portable photo studio, foldio booth.

Can I hire any services through you?

Yes! We offer photographer, editor, graphic designer, producer, hair and makeup artist, daily host, fashion designer, stylist, caterer, lighting assistant.
